Especially ...I'm all about doing what you LOVE! Especially in terms of exercise. Whenever I try to do a bootcamp type class, I think "why did I just spend the last hour getting yelled at?!" and then I remember that there are a million other workouts that I actually LOVE, so why not just stick to those.
